The opportunity

Join our Engineering team to build robust, scalable applications that power the next generation of Utilities. You will work on our core platform, solving complex technical challenges and delivering high-quality software.

What you'll do

• Design and implement scalable full-stack features
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers and customers

What we're looking for

• 3.5+ years of experience in software development
• AI native coder (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) or ability to ramp up quickly
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Understanding of modern cloud infrastructure (GCP)
• Ability to self-manage and work independently

Bonus Points

• Proficiency in our stack: TypeScript, React, Terraform, Node.js, Python, Temporal
• Loves to tinker with new AI tools to 10x your productivity

• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Remote + ~3 in person days/mo at our office near Union Station.
• Salary: $140K-$225K base + equity
• Reports to: CTO
