1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and submitting any information, documents, or media (including video recordings) to Senpilot ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, including the data usage policies described below, strictly do not use our services or submit any application.
2. Data Collection and Usage Rights
You acknowledge and agree that any information, resumes, cover letters, photos, and video recordings ("Applicant Content") you submit may be shared, distributed, or disclosed to third parties at our sole discretion.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE CONFIDENTIALITY OR SECURITY OF ANY APPLICANT CONTENT.
By submitting Applicant Content, you grant Senpilot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. This includes the right to share your data with partners, affiliates, potential employers, and other third parties without notice or compensation to you.
3. Data Retention
We reserve the right to retain your Applicant Content indefinitely. We are under no obligation to delete your data upon request, unless legally required by applicable mandatory laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived.
4. No Warranties
The service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Senpilot makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the security, accuracy, or reliability of our services. We strictly disclaim any warranty that your data will be secure or that the service will be error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Senpilot, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
